PROVIDENCE, R.I. — When Sylvia Stamm showed Kkomal Seth a home in Rhode Island, little did she realize it would lead to the two of them sweating it out in India, looking at acres and acres of Indian real estate for business.

Stamm and Seth, partners of Kasa Estate Inc., hope to take advantage of growth in Indian real estate, and have launched their Providence, R.I.-based company to facilitate U.S. residents to buy real estate in India.
